AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FAYETTEVILLE MASTER SIDE -
WALK PLAN TO REFLECT A SIDEWALK ON THE EAST SIDE ,
RATHER THAN THE WEST SIDE , OF ELLIS AVENUE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : '
Section 1 . That the master sidewalk plan of the City of
FayettevTITe is hereby amended by deleting the sidewalk reflected
on the west side of Ellis Avenue and by adding a sidewalk on the
east side of Ellis Avenue .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of July , 1983 .
