AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 2850 TO PROVIDE
THAT THE TERMS .AND CONDITIONS PRESCRIBED THEREBY
UNDER WHICH PUBLIC UTILITIES MAY OCCUPY STREETS ,
HIGHWAYS , OR OTHER PUBLIC PLACES SHALL BE CODIFIED
AS SECTION 18 - 17 . 1 OF THE FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 1 of Ordinance No . 2850 is
hereby amendeJ by amending the first two paragraphs to read
as follows :
Section 1 . That Chapter 18 of the Fayetteville Code
of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding Sec . 18 - 17 . 1
to read as follows :
Sec . 18 - 17 . 1 . Terms and conditions under which
public utilities may occupy streets , highways , or
other public places .
