SHALL BE RENTED ON A MONTHLY BASIS AT A RATE *O
PER MONTH PER SPACE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Sec . 19 - 190 . 1 ( a ) of the Fayetteville
0 Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by amending the first
CIO sentence in said section to read as follows :
( a) Parking spaces on the third level of the City
Parking, Garage on Meadow Street shall be rented on a
monthly basis at a rate of $ 15 . 00 per month per space .
Section 2 . The Board of Directors hereby determines
that as eq�regulation of parking is essential to the public
safety and welfare ; and that the immediate passage of this
ordinance is necessary to adequately regulate parking . There -
fore , an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance
being necessary for the public safety and welfare shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval .
