BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF��
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Sec . 13- 12 ( 4 ) of the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following :
It shall be unlawful for any person fishing at Lake Fayetteville ,
Lake Sequoyah , or Lake Wilson to use trot lines , set lines , limb lines ,
or jug fishing .
