BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 : That Section 13 - 12 ( a) ( 3 ) of the Fayetteville Code o O�Tinances is hereby amended by amending the first sentence to read as follows : Boat docking shall be permitted at the boat docks at Lake Fayetteville and Lake Sequoyah on a space available basis ; the fee at Lake Fayetteville shall be $ 10 . 00 per month per boat ; and , the fee at Lake Sequoyah shall be $ 40 . 00 annual per boat . Section 2 . The Board of Directors hereby determines that ttWe dock rental fees at Lake Fayetteville do not produce sufficient revenues to enable the City to operate said boat docksin a safe and efficient manner ; that operation of said boat docks in a safe and efficient manner is essential to the public welfare ; and that the immediate passage of this ordinance is immediately necessary to enable the safe and efficient operation of said boat docks . Therefore , an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance being necessary for the public health , safety and welfare shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval . . �;- SED AND APPROVED this /5fday of March , 1983 .
