AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A TWENTY FOOT
EASEMENT ALONG THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 369
BLOCK 6 , IN HYLAND PARK , PHASE III SUBDIVISION .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 : That the Board of Directors hereby vacates
and abandons all of the rights of the City , and of the public
generally , in and to a platted twenty foot easement along the
entire southern boundary line of Lot 36 , Block 6 , in Hyland
Park , Phase III Subdivision , which southern boundary line is
also the northern boundary line of Lots 1 and 2 in Block 8 of
said subdivision , - L
PASSED AND APPROVED this 1.57 day of March , 1983 .
