That the master sidewalk plan of the City of Fayettev'iT7e,Arkansas , is hereby amended by deleting a side - walk along the north side of Thirteenth Street within Walker Park from West of College Avenue to the West end of Thirteenth Street and to provide for a sidewalk on the South side of said portion of Thirteenth Street . Section 2 . That the master sidewalk plan of the City of FayetteviT�—Arkansas , is hereby amended by deleting a side - walk along that portion of Eleventh Street within Walker Park North vacated by the Board of Directors on February 15 , 1983 .
