BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 21 - 16 of the Fayetteville Code
of Or ina3� races is hereby amended by deleting paragraph ( c )
and paragraph ( d) and by redesignating paragraph ( e ) as
paragraph ( c ) .
Section 2 . That Section 21 - 17 of the Fayetteville Code
of Or inaa�is hereby amended by deleting paragraphs ' ( c )
and (d) and by redesignatinp• paragraph ( e ) as paragraph ( c ) .
