BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 : That Section 13 - 2 ( a ) (1 ) of the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following :
The boat docks shall be closed on December 24th
and remain closed through January 14th .
