BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF GASOLINE AND DIESEL El ENE ?
ALL CITY DEPARTMENTS FOR ONE YEAR .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
1 Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby waives
C1 the requirement of competitive bids for the purchase of such
CI quantities of gasoline and diesel fuel as are needed by all
City departments for one year . Competitive bidding require-
ments are hereby waived for the reason that said requirements
are not feasible because the City has determined that no
vendor will provide a guaranteed price .
