BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That Ordinance No . 2857 is hereby amended by deleting'�Ex iTit "A" which was attached thereto and made a part thereof. . Section 2 . That Section 1 of Ordinance No . 2857 is herebyy amena-ea to read as follows : Section 1 . That the property described in Exhibits "B" - "F" attached hereto and made a part hereof , is C hereby annexed to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas . Section 3 . That Section 4 of Ordinance No . 2857 is hereby amenTe7 by deleting the following : ( 1 ) Approximately 36 . 17 acres immediately east of Arkansas Highway 265 , north of Albright Drive and through which Clear Creek Drive runs ; the eastern boundary being a high voltage electrical transmission line . Section 4 . That Board of Directors hereby determines that it ins not in the best interest of the City of Fayetteville to annex the above described property at this time ; that annexation of said property will be voted upon at the November 2 , 1982 general election unless this ordinance becomes effective immediately ; and that the immediate passage of this ordinance is necessary to prevent said question from being voted upon at said election . Therefore an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance being necessary for the public welfare shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and approval . / PASSED AND ' APPROVED this day of 1982 .
