BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the master sidewalk plan of the City
of Fayett� re , Arkansas , is hereby amended to reflect a
sidewalk adjacent to all service roads along controlled
access highways . Where there is potential for development
on both sides of the service road , a sidewalk shall be
reflected on both sides of the service road . Where there is
potential for development on only one side of the service
road , a sidewalk shall be reflected only on that side .
