AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC . 5 - 18 OF THE FAYETTEVKLE;`6LERK
CODE OF ORDINANCES TO INCREASE THE PERMIT FEE FOR
AUCTIONS AND AUCTIONEERS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Sec . 5 - 18 of the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
The fee for a permit to hold a public auction
within the City shall be $ 25 . 00 ; provided , a
permit authorizing an unlimited number of public
auctions for a period of one year may be issued
upon payment of a fee in the amount of $ 100 . 00 .

I, - hereby certify that I
