AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC , 14A- 5 OF THE FAYETTEVILLE
CODE OF ORDINANCES TO INCREASE THE ANNUAL TAX FOR PAWN
BROKERS ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF .
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 , That Sec . 14A- 5 of the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
The annual tax for a license required by this
Chapter shall be $ 300 . 00 .
