AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 16 - 11 - 16 - 16 OF THE
FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO REPEAL LOCAL REGU-
LATION OF PRIVATE SECURITY OFFICERS ,
WHEREAS , Ark . Stat . Ann . § § 17 - 2122 - 17 - 2159 comprehensively ,
regulate private security agencies .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : '
Section 1 . That Sec . 16 - 11 - 16 - 16 of the : Fayetteville
Code o0 0�dinances are hereby repealed . '

having a second class mailing privilege, and being not less than four pages of

intervals continuously in the City of Fayetteville, County of Washington, Arkansas
