AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC . 20 - 51 OF THE FAYETTfiWAUCLERK
CODE OF ORDINANCES TO INCREASE THE LICENSE TAX FOR
RENT-A- CAR SERVICE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 , That Sec . 20 - 51 of the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
Sec . 20 - 51 , License Tax .
It is hereby declared to be a privilege . for any
person to furnish rent - a - car service in the ' City , and
no person shall engage in such undertaking - .without
first paying to the City a license tax of, ' $ 200 .i00 per
year . Such tax shall be paid on or before . the . first '
day of January of each year .
