AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE FAYETTEVIL&RCUIT CLERK
CODE OF ORDINANCES TO DELETE LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
FOR POOL HALLS , SNOOKER PARLORS , AND DOMINO PARLORS ,
FOR BOWLING ALLEYS , FOR SKATING RINKS , AND FOR COIN
OPERATED AMUSEMENTS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Sec . 17 - 2 , 17 - 30 17 - 4 ; 17 - 15 , 17 - 17 ,
and 17'- 2-9--through 17 - 35 of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances
are hereby repealed .
