ERROR IN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY REZON CLfRH

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 1 of Ordinance No . 2386 is
hereby armee by adding the following :
R77 - 34 , tract 3 , described as follows :
The southernmost 296 feet of equal and uniform
width off the following described property :
Part of the Nk , NE4 , Section 19 , T - 16 - N ,
R- 30 -W , described as follows : Beginning at a
point 389 . 8 feet South of the Northeast corner
of the N144 , NE4i thence South 85 ° 30 ' 'West 265 . 7
feet ; thence South 1 ° 30 ' East 555 feet ; ' thence
South 39 ° East 368 feet to the centerline of
