CODE OF ORDINANCES TO ADD SECTION 2A- 1 ESTABLISHING
LANDING FEES FOR THE USE OF DRAKE FIELD .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Cahpter 2A of the Fayetteville Code
of Or ina�is hereby amended by adding Section 2A- 1 to read
as follows :
Sec . 2A- 1 . Landing Fees Payable .
The following landing fees shall be payable
for the use of Drake Field by aircraft to con-
duce air operations as an air carrier engaged
in air transportation :
( a) Single engine with landing weight (mclw)
under 4 , 000 lbs . - $ 3 . 00 per landing ;
(b ) Twin engine with landing weight (mclw)
over 4 , 000 lbs . but under 12 , 500 lbs . -
$4 . 00 per landing ;
'- ( c) , Aircraft over 12 , 500 lbs . (mclw) where
the owner does not have an agreement with
• the City . regarding landing fees - $ . 42 per
1000 lbs . (mclw) per landing .
( d) Aircraft making multiple daily landings
The airport manager is authorized to execute
an airport use agreement providing for a
landing fee of $4 . 00 per day Monday through
Friday , excluding holidays , regardless of
the actual number of landings .
