FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION
NO . R82 - 9 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING 8 . 18 ACRES LOCATED ON
THE NORTH SIDE OF STEARNS ROAD APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET
EAST OF FRONTAGE ROAD .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF

Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R82 - 9 described as set out in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof .

commercial district .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
