AN ORDINANCE CLARIFYING THE FRANCHISE TAX PAYABLE
BY WARNER- TVC CORPORATION .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 13 of Ordinance No . 1808 , as
amende b�O�inances No . 2157 , 2307 , and 2744 , is hereby
amended to read as follows :
The company shall pay to the City for the
privilege of operating a community antenna
television system under this franchise a sum
equivalent to three percent ( 3%) of the
company ' s gross revenues per year derived from
cable television operations in the City . Any
franchise fee in excess of two per cent ( 2%)
of gross revenues may be passed on directly to
the subscribers at the sole option of the company
and without further approval from the City .
