BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby dedicates
as street right-of-way the following described property:
Eighteen (18) feet of equal and uniform width
along the entire south side of the following
described property, and ten (10) feet of equal
and uniform width along the entire east side
of the following described property:
Part of Lot Numbered Seven (7) in Block Numbered
Thirty-two (32) in the Original Town (now City)
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and being more particu-
larly described as beginning at the Southeast
Corner of said Lot 7, and running, thence North
65 feet; thence West 110 feet; thence South 65
feet; thence East 110 feet to the place of beginning.
ALSO, Part of Lot Numbered Seven (7) in Block
Numbered Thirty-two (32) in the Original Town
(now City) of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and being
more particularly described as beginning at a
point 65 feet North of the Southeast Corner of
said Lot 7, and running thence West 100 feet; thence
North 105 feet; thence East 100 feet; thence South
105 feet to the point of beginning. •
