ORDINANCE N0 .
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING PORTIONS OF
UTILITY EASEMENTS ACROSS LOT 16 , BLOCK 7 , OF
PHASE IV OF HIGHLAND PARK SUBDIVISION .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby vacates
and a ani oche following described portions of easements
across Lot 16 , Block 7 , in Phase IV of Highland Park as
per plat of said addition on file in the office of the Circuit
Clerk and Ex Officio Recorder of Washington County , Arkansas :
Beginning at a point which is on the Westerly line of
Lot no . 16 of Hyland Park Phase 4 Block 7 to the City
of Fayetteville , Arkansas , according to the recorded
plat in Book 8 Page 59 in the office of the Circuit
Clerk of Washington County , Arkansas , said point being
5 - 42032 ' 10 " -E 15 . 51 feet ; from the NW corner of said
