AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO . 2426
TO CLARIFY THE CITY ' S PERSONNEL POLICY REGARDING POLITICAL
ACTIVITY .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTOR ' S OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 2 of Ordinance No . 2426
is hereby repealed .
