AN ORDINANCE DEDICATING AS STREET RIGHT -OF-WAY A P �
OF THE PROPERTY ON WHICH CENTRAL FIRE STATION IS LOCtTy 06,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY r�
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
That the Board of Directors hereby dedicates as street
right - of -way the following described property :
Two and one -half ( 2k ) feet of equal and uniform width
along the entire north side , and five ( 5 ) feet of equal
and uniform width along the entire east side of the
following described property :
Part of Block Number 24 , Original Town ( now City ) of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , more particularly described
as follows , to -wit : Beginning at the Northeast Corner
of said block and running , thence West 169 feet ; thence
South 126 feet ; thence East 11 feet ; thence South 10
feet ; thence East 83 feet ; thence North 30 feet ; thence
East 75 feet ; thence North 106 feet to the point of
beginning . 7-�10
