BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Ordinance No . 2347 is hereby repealed in its
entirety .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall become effective February 1 ,
1982 .
