AN ORDINANCE AMENDING $ 18 - 31 ( c ) OF THE FAYET'1°�
CODE OF ORDINANCES TO REQUIRE THE OWNER OF PROPERTY
ON WHICH A PARKING LOT OR PARKING GARAGE HAVING A MINIMUM
CAPACITY OF SEVEN AUTOMOBILES IS CONSTRUCTED OR ENLARGED

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That § 18 - 31 ( c ) of the Fayetteville Code
of Or ink ances is hereby amended by adding Paragraph (,$ ), to
read as follows :

(5) On which a parking lot or parking garage , having
a minimum capacity of seven automobiles , is constucted
or enlarged .
