AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A 15 FOOTNT�p METER
SOUTH ALLEY SOUTH OF ROCK STREET BETWEEN .WEST WO LERH
AND SCHOOL AVENUE .
WHEREAS , The Board of Directors has the authority under
Ark . Stat . § 19 - 2304 to vacate portions of alleys which are
not required for corporate purposes ; and
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors has determined that
the following described alley is not required for corporate
purposes .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
+ OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas
hereby releases , vacates , and abandons all of its rights
LC together with the rights of the public generally , in and
rv( to the following described property :
Beginning 160 feet west of the Northeast Corner of Block
37 as designated on the plat of the original town ( now
city ) of Fayetteville , Washington County , Arkansas ,
and running thence south 288 feet , thence west 15 feet ,
thence north 288 feet , and thence east 15 feet to the
place of beginning .
Section 2 . A copy of this ordinance duly certified
by the City Clerk shall be filed in the office of the Recorder
of the County and recorded in the Deed Records of the County .
