AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE DAILY FISHING PERMIT
DAILY BOATING PERMIT FEES AT LAKE FAYETTEVILLE ANDFl� 4p�
SEQUOYAH ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That § 13 - 12 ( a ) ( 2 ) of the Fayetteville Code
of Or ink ances is hereby amended by increasing the daily
fishing permit fee and daily boating permit fee prescribed
thereby from $ . 50 to $ 1 . 00 .
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be effective January
1 , 19$x2 —
