AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PLANNING AREAMPvfF��ITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS . CLL �vRYE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Planning Area Map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby amended by deleting the
following described property in Washington County , Arkansas :
The following described property in Township 17 North of
Range 31 West :
( 1 ) That portion of the Southeast Quarter ( SE; ) of
: y Section 24 located South of Clear Creek .
( 2 ) The North One-half of Sections 25 and 26 .
The following described property in Township 17 North of
Range 30 West :
( 1 ) Those portions of Sections 19 and 20 located South
of Clear Creek .
( 2 ) All of Section 21 except the following described
portion : Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section
21 , and running thence North 1320 feet , thence East 1760
feet , thence South 1320 feet , thence West 1760 feet to the
point of beginning .
( 3 ) Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 22 , more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline
of Clear Creek with the West line of said Section , thence
in a Southeasterly direction with the centerline of said
Creek to a point which is 600 feet North , more or less from
the Southeast corner of said 40 acre tract , thence South
to the Southeast corner of said 40 acre tract , thence West
to the Southwest corner of said 40 acre tract , thence North
to the point of beginning . ALSO , the South One-half of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section
22 .
( 4 ) The North One-half of the Northwest Quarter and
the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter West of Johnson
Road / Gregg Street in Section 27 . ALSO , the West One- half

Beginning at a point which is 600 feet North of the Southwest
corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of said Section 28 , thence West to a point which is 1760
feet East and 600 feet North of the Northwest corner of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 28 , thence North to the North
section line of Section 28 , thence East to the Northwest
corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28 , thence South
to the point of beginning .
