TO DELETE THE REQUIREMENT THAT BUSES STOP ONLY CUfTCLEFY
AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Sec . 19 - 135 ( 1 ) and Sec . 19 - 135 ( 2 ) of
the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances are hereby repealed .
Section 2 . That Sec . 19 - 135 ( 3 ) and Sec . 19 - 135 ( 4 ) of
the Fayettevi le Code of Ordinances are hereby redesignated
Section 19 - 135 ( 1 ) and Section 19 - 135 ( 2 ) respectively .
