AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2A OF THE FAYETTEVeE 9, U

OFFERED OR PERFORMED AT THE FAYETTEVILLE MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT SHALL CONFORM TO THE CITY ' S MINIMUM STANDARDS P�
FOR COMMERCIAL AERONAUTICAL ACTIVITIES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Sec . 2A- 11 of the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
Sec . 2A- 11 . Conformance to minimum standards for
commercial aeronautical activities .
C/ All commercial aeronautically associated service ,
operation or activity offered or performed at the
Fayetteville Municipal Airport (Drake Field) shall
conform to the City ' s minimum standards for commercial
aeronautical activities .
Section 2 . That Secs . 2A- 12 through 2A- 17 of the Fayetteville
Code of--Ordinances are hereby repealed .
Section 3 . That Sec . 2A- 18 of the Fayetteville Code
of Or ina3 nces is hereby renumbered Sec . 2A- 12 .
