ORDINANCE N0 . 72
AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION NO ,
R81 - 7 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING 1 . 14 ACRES LOCATED ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF ARKANSAS HIGHWAY 16 WEST AT BETTY JO DRIVE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R81 - 7 described as set out in Exhibit A attached hereto
and made a part hereof .
From R- 0 , Residential Office District , to C - 1 , Neighbor-
hood Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City
of Fayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to reflect the
zoning change provided in Section 1 above .
