THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ALONG 5th STREET AND
AVENUE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Master Sidewalk Plan of the City of
Fayetteville is hereby amended along 5th Street from Sherman
Avenue to Happy Hollow Road by deleting a sidewalk along the
north side of said portion of 5th Street and adding a sidewalk
along the south side of said portion of 5th Street ,
Section 2 . That the Master Sidewalk Plan of the City of
Fayetteville is hereby amended along Sherman Avenue from
Huntsville Road to 5th Street by deleting a sidewalk along the
west side of said portion of Sherman Avenue and adding a sidewalk
along the east side of said portion of Sherman Avenue .
