Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby vacates
and abandons all of the rights of the City and of the public
generally in and to the following described utility easement :
3 . 5 feet of equal and uniform width along the
entire ease side of the waterline easement
running from the north boundary of Lot 8 ,
Block 7 , of Regency North Subdivision in the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , to the south
boundary of said lot .
