AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN AUDITING PROCEDURE bbR
THE ANNUAL PRIVILEGE TAX ON SELLING BEER .

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 00G�i�✓�,
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Chapter 3 of the Fayetteville Code oI`'�? 4n
Ordinances is hereby amended by adding Sec . 3 - 90 . 1 to read
as follows :
\ Sec . 3 - 90 . 1 . Auditing Procedure .
�1 In order that the City may audit the tax imposed
by Sec . 3 - 90 ( 1 ) all wholesale dealers and distributors
selling beer to retail dealers within the City shall
provide to the City License Enforcement Officer on
or before July 15 of each year a report of said
distributor ' s total sales of beer to each retailer
within the City . Upon receipt of all wholesaler
reports , the License Enforcement Officer shall compare
the reported total gross annual sale of beer to each
retailer by all wholesalers with the annual tax paid
by each retailer to determine whether the actual tax
paid complies with the tax imposed by Sec . 3 - 90 ( 1 ) .
