NO . 80 - 30 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING 7 . 8 ACRES LOCATED
NORTH OF EAST TOWNSHIP ROAD AND EAST OF NORTH COLLEGE
AVENUE ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R80 - 30 Traci 1 described as set out in Exhibit " A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof .
From R- 1 Low Density Residential District to R- 0
Residential Office District ,
R80 - 30 Tract 2 as set out in Exhibit " B " attached hereto
and made a part hereof .
From R- 1 , Low Density Residential District , and R- 0 ,
Residential -Office District , to C- 2 Thoroughfare
Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to reflect the
zoning change provided in Section 1 above .
