ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE 1 . 5 ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE
REQUIREMENT PRESCRIBED BY SECTION III ( A) ( 2 ) ( h) ( 2 )
OF APPENDIX C TO THE FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES
FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF THE FAYETTEVILLE
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby waives
the minimum lot size requirement prescribed by Section III
( A) ( 2 ) ( h ) ( 2 ) of Appendix C to the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances for the property described in the Deed attached
` hereto marked Exhibit " A " and made a part hereof .
