AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A PART OF A
PLATTED UTILITY EASEMENT IN BLOCK 1 ; LOT 31
FAYETTEVILLE CENTER SUBDIVISION AND A PART OF A
UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED IN BLOCK 21 LOT 4 ,
FAYETTEVILLE CENTER SUBDIVISION .
C� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby vacates
and abandons all of the rights of the City , and of the public
generally , in and to the two utility easements described in
Exhibit " A " attached hereto and made a part hereof .
