Dear Mr. Clement:
The City Attorney has asked me to write you and ask that you prepare
the descriptions of the portions of the easements to be released as
approved by the Board of Directors on November 20, 1980.
The easements in question were originally shown on written easements
given by your firm to the City and were later shown on the subdivision
plat for Fayetteville Center Subdivision.
The new descriptions should take into consideration the additional right—
of—way taken by the Arkansas Highway & Transportation Department for the
service road they are constructing paralleling Highway 71 By—Pass;and
the descriptions should also not extend into the easements running
perpendicular to the easements being decreased in size.
Please send the descriptions back to us and we will check them before
sending them to the City Attorney.
