ORDINANCE N0 .
AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION
NO . R 80- 24 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING 14 . 9 ACRES LOCATED
ON THE EAST SIDE OF RAZORBACK ROAD APPROXIMATELY 1 , 000
FEET SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 62 WEST .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R 80- 24 described as set out in Exhibit " A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof .
From R- 2 Medium Density Residential District to
I - 1 Heavy Commercial and Light Industrial District ,

Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to reflect the
zoning change provided in Section 1 above .
