AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0 . 2643
TO CORRECT AN ERROR IN THE RE- ZONING OF ��FRY�E� gRy
THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN RE- ZONING PETITION
NO . R80- 9 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING 11 . 97 ACRES
LOCATED EAST OF CROSSOVER ROAD AND WEST OF
HILLSIDE TERRACE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 1 of Ordinance No . 2643 is
hereby amended to provide that Tract A is re- zoned from A- 1
Agricultural District to R-0 Residential Office District and
that Tract C is re- zoned from A- 1 Agricultural District to
R- 1 Residential Office District .
