BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 17B- 7 ( h ) of the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
( h ) Vehicles Used as Signs . No person shall park ,
or allow to be parked , any vehicle or trailer on
which any sign has been printed , affixed , erected or
placed on public right-of -way or on public or private
property so as to be visible from a public right-of -
way for the basic purpose of advertising a product or
directing people to a business or activity located on
the same or other property .
