OF ARKANSAS HIGHWAY 16 WEST ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R80 - 22 described as shown on Exhibit " A " attached
hereto and made a part hereof .
From R-O, Residential Office District to R- 2 , Medium
Density Residential District .
