AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18 - 47 ( b ) ( 3 ) OF
FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO DEFINE I T •1 /f

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF 1Y1
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 18 - 47 (b ) ( 3 ) of the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following
paragraph to read as follows :
The term " development " shall include , but shall not
be limited to , the construction of a new improvement ,
the construction of an addition to an existing
improvement , or a parceling which results in the need
for access and utilities .
