AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A MASTER SIDEWALK PLAN FOR THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , MICROFILMED FI ME D
J BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF 1THEAACIITTYSdYJlY1GSJ
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 , That the Board of Directors hereby adopts
the Master Sidewalk Plan attached hereto marked Exhibit " A "
and made a part hereof .
Section 2 . The Board of Directors hereby determines
that the City of Fayetteville does not have a Master Sidewalk
Plan ; that planning for the installation of sidewalks is
essential to the public health , safety and welfare ; and that
the adoption of this Ordinance is necessary to plan for the
installation of sidewalks . Therefore , an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this Ordinance being necessary for the
public health , safety and welfare should be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval .
