BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R 80 - 13 described as follows :
A part of the Southeast Quarter ( SE 1 /4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 'y)
of Section Twenty- three ( 23) , Township Seventeen ( 17 ) North , Range
Thirty ( 30) West , being more particularly described as follows , to-wit :
Beginning at a point 397 feet East of the Northwest corner of said 40
acre tract , and running , thence East 170 feet ; thence South 487 feet to
Shepherd Lane ; thence West with Shepherd Lane , 170 feet ; thence North
487 feet to the point of beginning .
From A- 1 Agricultural District to C - 2 Thoroughfare
Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to reflect the
