AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE FYARk
CODE OF ORDINANCES TO PRESCRIBE A PENALTY FOR KELP
A JUKE BOX OR AMUSEMENT DEVICE FOR OPERATION WITHO
FIRST OBTAINING A LICENSE FROM THE CITY ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Chapter 17 of the Fayetteville Code
of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding Section 17 - 35 to
read as follows : MICROFILMED

Sec . 17 - 35 . Penalty ,
AA 4/ 1
Any person who shall display for public patronage
or operation any juke box or amusement device without
first obtaining a license from the City shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be
punished by a fine of not more than $ 500 . 00 .
