FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION
NO . R80-11 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING 0 . 92 ACRES LOCATED
ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF APPLEBY ROAD WEST OF NORTH COLLEGE

FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
A part of the SE 1 /4 of the NW 1 / 4 of Section 35 , Township
17 North , Range 30 West in the City of Fayetteville , Washington
County , Arkansas , more particularly described as follows : Be -
ginning at a point on the South right -of-way line of Appleby
Road which is 335 . 5 feet South of the NE Corner of said 40 acre
tract and running thence S 890 29 ' W with said right-of-way 205 . 3
feet to an existing fence ; thence S 00 26 ' W with said fence 188 . 9
feet ; thence S 870 47 ' E with said fence 206 . 9 feet to the East
line of said 40 acre tract ; thence North 198 . 7 feet to the point
of beginning , containing 0 . 92 acres , more or less .
From A- 1 Agricultural District to R- 2 Medium Density
Residential District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to reflect the
zoning change provided in Section 1 above .
