AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY ' S MASTER STREET PLAN k
FOR SCHOOL AVENUE BETWEEN DICKSON STREET AND SPRING
STREET ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
�lJ OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : M I CR O F
�1 Section 1 . That the Master Street Plan of the City of
��VJJ Fayetteville is hereby amended to provide that School Avenue
shall have a 60 foot right-of-way between Dickson Street
and Spring Street and shall have a 5 foot sidewalk and utility
easement adjoining each right-of-way line for School Avenue
between Dickson Street and Spring Street .
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith are hereby repe ed .
