AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE REQUIREMENTS OF COMPETITIVE
BIDDING FOR THE TRANSPLANTING OF TREES AT THE NEW
AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING GROUNDS . 7ikTI C (o) F I L M

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby waives
the requirements of competitive bidding for the transplanting
of trees at the new Airport Terminal grounds for the reason
that said requirements are not practicable because there is
only one business in the area which performs tree transplanting
services .
Section 2 . That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a contract with The Tree
Transplanters for the transplanting of up to 80 trees at the
new Airport Terminal grounds at a price of $ 75 . 00 per
tree .
